Why Is There Such A Big Trend On Twitter About Boycotting Laal Singh Chaddha? The film starring Aamir Khan is drawing criticism before it even hits theatres.

Laal Singh Chaddha, a reimagining of the classic film Forrest Gump, will serve as the vehicle for Aamir Khan’s return to the big screen. One particular segment of online users has been trending the phrase “Boycott Laal Singh Chaddha” since the trailer for the film was made available to the public. The previous comment that Aamir Khan made, in which he said that India was no longer a safe country, has been brought up again by internet users. People have also started uploading excerpts from Khan’s earlier film PK and claiming that it is offensive to the beliefs of a particular faith. These claims have been made on social media.

One person took to Twitter to voice their concern, writing, “As your wife mentioned, you are not secure in India. Why are you telecasting your film here?” Avoid Laal Singh Chadha at all costs. ” To paraphrase another commenter: “He is responsible for instilling fear of the nation in both Indian media and international media by continually harming Hindus with his numerous statements.” Take a look at the tweets that have been retweeted below.

Laal Singh Chaddha is an official remake of the American film Forrest Gump, released in 1994. Forrest Gump was based on Winston Groom’s novel of the same name, published in 1986. The film stars Aamir Khan in the lead role, along with Kareena Kapoor and Naga Chaitanya, who is making his debut in a Hindi film. The premiere of the movie is arranged for August 11, 2022.

It would appear that some Twitter users looked through the website’s archives, where they discovered Aamir’s contentious comment regarding “India’s rising intolerance,” and then shared it on Twitter. There have also been reports of remarks made by Kareena in the past that have caused controversy being found online. When the trailer for the film was initially released in May by the film’s creators, the same hashtag was popular then.

In an interview in 2015, Aamir Khan made a comment that has since been deemed controversial: he said, “Our country is highly accepting, yet there are some who promote ill will.” His wife, Kiran Rao, also made headlines when she said that she had considered leaving the country with their children out of concern for their safety in the country in which they now resided.

Mona Singh and Chaitanya Akkineni are two of the stars of the film Laal Singh Chaddha, which was also produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Kiran Rao, and Viacom18 Studios.

Aamir plays the part of a straightforward and charitable guy in Laal Singh Chaddha, which Tom Hanks originated in Robert Zemeckis’s film in 1994. Kareena Kapoor is also featured in the movie. When Aamir was asked about the demands for a boycott during a recent press appearance, he responded by pleading with the audience not to boycott his film.

When asked if campaigns against his films made him angry, Aamir reportedly responded, “Yes, I feel sorry.” The report was published in India Today. In addition to this, it makes me sad to think that some of the individuals who are saying this genuinely believe, deep down, that I am someone who has a negative opinion about India. They genuinely believe that in their hearts, yet it is not the case. It is entirely wrong that some individuals have such an outlook on things. That is not the situation at all. I beg you not to refuse to see my movie. Please take the time to view my film.
